Alone or Lonely

I live all alone but I never feel lonely.

According to Oxford dictionary, alone describes a state of the person who is apart from others (i.e solitary) but does not necessarily mean that he is unhappy. Lonely, on the other hand, suggests that someone who doesnt want to be alone and therefore is unhappy.

A loner by choice has inner strength who likes to confine himself to acheive better goals in his life. He gets enough time to know himself, his strengths and weaknesses and how to turn his weakness into his strengths. What is basically needed is his positive outlook towards life and people. The more he tries to understand himself, the more he gets nearer to happiness and may be this is the reason why people prefer to go out to a lonely place once in their lifetime.

A man should find a few moments in a day, a few minutes in a week, a few days in a month and a few weeks in a year just to get a deeper understanding of himself.
